Room with a small double bed is available in a 2 bedroom flat in Bow as a lodger sharing with me as landlord. There is an open plan kitchen living room and shared bathroom. There is also a large balcony offering views over the city skyline as the flat is on the 8th floor. Nearest station is Bow church/Bow Road. (5-7 min walk) bus stop is 1 minute walk away and there are plenty of options to rent bikes or scooter’s. I consider myself to be friendly and welcoming. I enjoy chilling out indoors watching tv In the week plus hitting the gym and then spending my weekends seeing friends and family. I am looking for a flat mate that is clean and tidy especially in communal areas. Smoking only permitted on the balcony. I would prefer someone who is interested in a lodger for anything from 3 months to a year or from Monday to Friday/few days a week. Let me know if you are interested.
