I'm leaving my current four-bed flat at the end of June, looking for someone to take my room. It's small and cosy and on the sunny side of the house, and next to the living room and garden.
Current flatmates are three lovely young professionals in their 20s, all easy going and welcoming! Everyone has slightly different schedules meaning you can be quite independent, but everyone is up for a friendly chat too :)
There is a large shared kitchen, living room with two sofas and TV, and garden with seating and small lawn. Kitchen has a large fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, brand new washing machine (replaced in March) and new boiler (replaced in January).
The bedroom comes with bed, mattress, and large chest of drawers. There's a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and sink, and a separate toilet next door.
The flat is a few minutes' walk from Bromley by Bow tube station and within ten minutes' walk of Devons Road, Bow Church and local bus stops. There is a big tesco five minutes walk away. It's only about ten minutes by bicycle to Roman Road and Victoria Park, and ten minute cycle/half an hour bus to Westfield shopping centre in Stratford :)
You won't find many other places for 738 pcm in this area - two of the current flatmates have been here for over two years now, meaning our rent has stayed lower. It's a great price for the size - though the room available is the smallest, the living room and kitchen are very big and the garden is a massive plus.
