THE FLAT:
This is a 3-bed flat, and we are offering the choice between one single bedroom with an ensuite or a double bedroom with a shared bathroom. We have a pretty big private balcony, which is great in the summers, and the flat is relatively easy upkeep.

Bills sum to about £110 per month on average and we are currently on a monthly rolling contract until October and will be renewing the rent for another year.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The flat is a 5min walk from Victoria Park and Hackney Wick (overground) + 20min walk from Stratford Station. We are right next to the canals and several pubs/bars/restaurants.

ABOUT US:
We currently have three people in the flat. Two brothers Bruno (26) & Caio (28), and a third flatmate, Kyle (25). We've been in this flat for two years, but Caio will be moving out in early September so we're looking for someone to replace him.

Bruno works in a bank in the city and will sometimes work from home.

Kyle is a sound system engineer and works events pretty much every day.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy but will enjoy a few beers and BBQs every once in a while.
