My 2 bedroom flat is situated in the notably popular market town of Skipton. It’s only a 15 minutes walk from the town center and 2 minutes walk to the moors, of which we have nearly 360 degree views of.

There are 2 parking spaces allotted to the flat, and ample free parking for visitors. It has a shared garden surrounding the building and is only a 1 minute walk from the play field, community center and nearest primary school. This is a safe, tidy and relatively quiet neighborhood with friendly community.

I have converted the communal land surrounding the flat into a garden that I have taken responsibility for maintaining. It would be a plus if the person interested in renting the room would be interested in getting involved with the garden too!
