Small street off main road very close to trains, bus and shops. 7 mins to Shipley train station

Only 2 rooms are available to rent so sharing with only 1 more person. All rooms have sinks and locks on door. Strong wifi all over the home. Fully equipped I even provide bedding and towels.
All bills included and I even provide toilet and kitchen rolls, washing up liquid and washing clothing for you daytime if required.

Rooms cleaned fortnightly.

Very large kitchen and bathroom everything provided for cooking.

WiFi, hard wired smoke alarms, house alarm. Having been a landlady for 20 years I know how to provide a home NOT a large busy shared house.

My previous lodgers were here 6 to 10 years!

Sorry no full time work from home, animals (allergies) or children visiting. Adult house only.
