These rooms could be suitable for anyone studying a postgraduate graduate, internships or working professionals. Consideration is given to the dynamics of housemate to insure an enjoyable stay for everyone. Applicants must be employed and accept the house rules for higher standards of living. (These houses are proper Homes where no nonsense is allowed nor tolorated because our tenants are Mature, professional people who only want quiet, clean, very organised house sharing

If you are looking for a stay in a really nice sensible house share ( when you move to the city of Bradford for work or study ) this could be perfect for you.
Rules apply in the house share for the mutual satisfaction of all. Overnight house guests are not allowed, and you will be given the 'Sharing & is Caring' manual at the commencement of your stay. The houses have private parking as well as free street parking. There are no en-suites. All bills are included, however reasonable use, and the house maintained to a very high standard. Lovely machines etc.

We commit to being the best Landlords and both replacing and repairing anything broken within 24hrs to 48hrs

These houses used to be my own homes for 18 yrs + + hence the nice carpets, lovely good quality beds, all the machines, the abundance of dishes, pots pans, the nice wood flooring etc. Now, new. carpets again due to refurb.

Each room is fully furnished, including bedding and some have big TV'S nd
now TV sticks. Please feel free to get in touch without any obligation.

You must be: Employed, have references, have a profile with photo, no pets, no couples, no children, able /willing to do your share of house keeping, a sensible and very responsible person etc
