I have a Two bed house in quiet rural location in good area, with large south facing garden, parking on road, 1 x double furnished room to let also has tv. I don’t mind smokers but request no smoking in the house. Must be clean, tidy and respectful around the home! I do not expect any cleaning of the rest of the house but would like areas as I have left them, I have had to write this due to issues with last lodger.
Absolutely no drugs.
Someone down to earth. I will be at work Monday to Friday for the next 6 months but then going into shift work of long days and nights.
Am in no rush, will happily wait for the right room mate.
Minimum of 6months am happy to review and renew after this time is up and discuss longer periods if needed.
Rent to be paid at 1st of every month.
I am quiet but enjoy laughter and like a calm no drama life.
