Double sized room in a two bed house in a small quiet safe village/estate, on street parking , shared bathroom with over the bath shower, upstairs and downstairs toilets, , use of the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer ect , I'm looking for someone friendly and trustworthy, I do have a living room but would prefer not to share it although it would be a possibility for the right people , I don't really want other people staying over at night although if arranged in advance I could make myself scarce for the night if needed, I do like to sit down and watch a movie binge watch a bit of TV , I don't mind smokers providing they smoke outside , I don't have a specific minimum term but I think for now I would like to say a maximum of 3 months to see how things go if things are working out I quite happily extend it.
Preferably somebody child friendly as well as my granddaughter stays sometimes
