We are a friendly bunch of people.
We work very different hours from one day to the next, so the most important for us is to find someone who wants to make the house their home and treat it as such too.
We would like to meet someone who's clean, tidy and easygoing.

The house has a nice communal lounge with wooden floors and comfortable sofas.
It is a friendly place to live and would ideally suit a professional looking for good access to the west and the A4/M4.
The house is located within a 5-minute walk to Brentford Mainline Station which offers quick and easy access to Waterloo with its multiple transport links. Also located within a 15-minute walk from South Ealing Tube Station.

There are plenty of buses available too - 237, 267, 65, 235, N9

The location of the house is perfect for “SKY” & “GSK” Employees.
It is also a great Location For Heathrow Commuters.

The price includes all bills and also has wireless Virgin Broadband installed.

FYI Regarding the security deposit, it will be 1-month rent (held with the DPS) that is refundable as long as there is no damage to the room and all rent is paid.
