About the Room/ Apartment: 
Hi, we are renting out a double bedroom in a very modern 2 bed apartment with lots of amenities. The room also includes a double bed, bed side tables, black out curtains and a built in wardrobe. 

The apartment also has 2 bathrooms, an open space living room with a kitchen, 2 balconies, a storage cupboard with a washing machine and our 2nd bedroom. 

The kitchen is fitted with most common things and you’re free to use them all (including any of our stuff).
The rent price is £900 per month excluding bills. Council Tax band = D
APO will require a reference process but you won’t need to provide any contacts as references.

About the building: 
The apartment is in a very nice building managed by the company APO with lots of amenities. They have their own gym built on site for all residents to use for free, several large roof terraces with barbecues to use during warmer months, mail room with boxes to receive parcels if you’re not home, receptionist and handyman on site 9 - 6 on weekdays, security on the weekend, co-working pods and lots of large areas for working or just relaxing.

Underground Parking is available (APO charges £250 a month for a space).

The building is pet friendly, and we both love pets so would be more than happy with a flat mate bringing in a pet as long as it won’t damage any furniture. 

Also around 1 or 2 times a week a food truck will come by where you can buy your own dinner in the courtyard in front of our building and they rotate between a lot of different trucks. 

APO also on occasion host events in the buildings as they’ve held 2 sofar sounds in the past. There’s also an app where you can meet new people with similar hobbies if you’d like to do anything specific, for ex. I’m in a cozy hobbies group. 

About the area: 
The building is in a very nice area, with lots of different connections, lots of nice restaurants and with lots of things to do. 
For example almost every Sunday Chiswick high street have a market on and it switches between a Flowers, Antiques, Cheese and a Food market. There’s also one in Chiswick house and garden once a month, Kew also has a market once a month and Richmond has a small one every weekend. 

Kew Gardens is only a short 5 -10 min walk away, and the river an even shorter one. 

Brentford football stadium is next to us if you like football. 

There’s a local Sainsbury’s just a 2 - 3 min walk away with a costa right next to it.

There are also several bigger supermarkets in Chiswick, Sainsbury’s and M&S being the biggest but not the only ones. Chiswick is also full of lots other nice types of shops too, all ranging from more well known shops to independent ones, the same is the case for Richmond. 

Westfields is also a 30 - 35 min bus ride away for shopping, food, cinema, cat cafe, bouldering, sport bar, bowling, crazy golf, social cricket and roller disco. 

Transport etc:
We are right next to Kew Bridge station with trains running between waterloo and -. Gunnersbury station is also just a 10 - 15 min walk away, for the district line and the overground. 
There’s also buses going to Chiswick, Richmond, White City, Brentford, Hammersmith and more from within a 1 - 2 min walk out the door. 

About us: 
We are a friendly and quiet couple both in our early 30s that both work from home.

We both enjoy watching TV series and movies, occasionally playing video games or board games. You’re more than welcome to join in but if you prefer keeping to yourself we don’t mind at all. 

I like doing a lot of handicraft in my free time especially painting, and enjoy cooking and on occasion baking. He likes playing video games, playing and watching football and American football. 

We are not vegetarians but don’t mind having a vegetarian housemate as long as they don’t mind meat cooked and eaten in the house.
