A spacious double bedroom for one person only in a clean and cosy shared house 15 min walk(5 min by bus) from Northfields station and 10 min walk from University of West London.. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min walk from Brentford Railway Station. We have excellent transport links -Underground (Piccadilly line)-30 min to Heathrow,
45min. to Waterloo Central London,45 min to Paddington. Busstop E2 is 2 min from the house and 24/7 bus 65 -7 min walk from our house too. Ealing Broadway is 15 min by bus and Hammersmith, Richmond and Chiswick are easily accessible within 20-25min by bus. Brentford Railway Station is 10 min walk. You can park your car with a residential permit in the street in front of the house. We are easy going and sociable housemates and believe everybody has the right to feel happy and comfortable where he lives. At the moment we are 4 professionals -in separate bedrooms—24 y o girl,24 young man and 25 young man and a 46 plus mature lady. We share a living room and a kitchen, a bathroom plus toilet and a separate toilet. We don’t mind if you are a professional or a student as long as you are easy going, responsible and considerate. All bills are included in your rent as well as unlimited WiFi .We have a big rear garden especially valuable when the weather is nice. No smoking is allowed inside the house .We love our quiet and relaxed home and appreciate healthy life style although a bottle of wine and a barbecue at the weekend are always welcome. The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe,2 chests of drawers, a bookcase and a desk plus chair. There is a spare flat screen TV if you don’t have your own.
