A beautiful recently refurbished bedroom in a large Georgian house in the heart of old Brentford. The location is extremely peaceful in the historic Butts Conservation area and is much used for filming. The area is often described as a hidden gem!

The bedroom has recently been lovingly restored and has a modern feel while preserving original features. It has two large windows facing east and west so is incredibly bright and airy. It has a very comfortable kingsize bed and ample built in wardrobe, shelving, plus a large desk and armchair. The house benefits from super fast fibre optic broadband (300 Mbps) and there is an alcove with wiring for a tv, monitor or console.

Next door to the bedroom is a beautiful newly installed state of the art bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom is shared with 2 others (very discreet users).

Our well equipped kitchen is available for cooking and food storage. There is a large larder fridge and microwave in the basement for the exclusive use of you and one other lodger.

In summer, if convenient, you can relax in our lovely garden where there are outdoor sockets if you need to plug a laptop in. Free use of our sitting room if you don't want to be in your bedroom.

This is a large family home and I have three other lodgers and a small dog called Milo. The accomodation would be ideal for a quiet tidy professional or student who would be out during the day though obviously since lockdown you may need occasionally to work from home. Our other lodgers are extremely discreet and independent - we hardly know they're here! Everyone is extremely tidy and hygiene conscious.

The house is exceptionally well connected to Central London and Heathrow by public transport. We’re 3 minutes walk from Brentford overground station where trains take you to Waterloo in 30 minutes (running every 15 minutes). Also 2 minute's walk from 3 buses that take you to Boston Manor or Northfields underground stations, both on the Picadilly Line (7 minutes ride, 5 stops). Otherwise you can walk to either station (both 20 minutes, partly through parks).

Ideal for GSK, Sky and UWL.
