The apartment has a large balcony and larger than average living area and kitchen (built in dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc).
Im moving out of the area :( otherwise we would not be leaving this place, it's perfect.
The room is a good size double, unfurnished but has built in double wardrobes and has its own ensuite. Then there is also the main bathroom which has a bath:)

The current housemates who are staying at the apartment is Josh, 30, super lovely and chilled out guy, and Jay, 27, super clean and tidy and both very easy to get on with. Girl preferred as they would rather not have an all boys place but may be open to the right one.
