This is a really big bedroom (4.6m x 3.5m), all the furniture. This is the room to go for if you like to live in a spacious room for your things. You could even put a sofa!. The bathroom is shared with 2 more house mates (women at the moment) and the cleaner comes fortnightly so it will be very comfortable living. The current flatmates keep the common areas very clean and tidy.
