I have a double room available in a first floor flat share with lift access in Brentford canal side.

We are ourselves working professional couple currently living in the flat. You will be sharing the flat with us only. Working professionals are welcome for the enquiry.

All the amenities are close by within 5-10 mins walk. Train station is 8 mins walk away and 25 mins to Waterloo. Busses 237, 267, E8 E2, 235, H91 and 192 are easily accessible.

Massive open plan kitchen with lounge to share and a well sized balcony in the flat.

Parking available in the underground where I have my motorbike parked but have plenty space for a car.

Regarding the security deposit, one month rent which is refundable as long as there is no damage to the room and all rent is paid.
