Sharing with two brothers 36 and 26.
Bedroom is fully furnished with a new double bed and mattress.
Bathroom is a family bathroom which is shared with one other. They work long hours so are up and gone early through the week. There is also 2 other bathrooms in the house so can look at arrangements if it's a major issue.
Would ideally like Monday to Friday renter.
I have no issue with a full time lodger but only thing to be aware of is my son (11 years old) stays over every other weekend.

House briefly comprises shared living room, modern kitchen with all cooking items. Nice size back garden. Garage with extra freezer and tumble dryer. Plenty of on road parking on a quiet road. Just off J24, easily walkable to HPC park and ride.
