A bit about me: I'm 29, work as an IT technician, and spend my free time board games and playing volleyball. The household is easygoing. We respect each other's space, but it's nice to sometimes watch something together or play a game if you're up for it. No pressure either way.
There's lots of extra storage, so the room doesn't have to hold all your stuff. It can be let furnished or unfurnished, whatever suits you, and all bills are included. There's one shared bathroom.
East Brighton Park, the Co-op and the post office are all about a 5 minute walk away, and there's a bus route nearby that takes you straight into town.
