The room is £940pcm (£235/w) and the contract is 49 weeks. the room is perfect for any student attending courses in the Moulsecoomb campus in brighton or, any student who attends Sussex Uni. It is only a 10-15 min bus from Univerisgy of Brighton (the arts campuses).

The room is spacious and provides a lot of storage space! Only the kitchen area is a shared space as it is student halls, and the toilet is private. it is located in a very nice area and the halls provide 24/7 security. it is accessible to buses. The soundproofing is amazing also.

train station - 8 min walk
grocery & retail - 4 min walk
the lanes/central brighton - 10 min bus
