we have a spare room going in our beautiful flat in seven dials from october 26th! the flats only a few minutes walk from seven dials round about and brighton train station🩵🩵

the space comes with a double room and a personal studio/office

rents £600 + bills

there are 3 of us, the flats pretty open and id love to have someone move in that would like to do shared meals and some some trips to the pub💋💋 also were very creative and would love to do some craft nights in the living room together✨

the flat has 2 toilets, 2 showers, a shared kitchen, shared living room, and is fully furnished!:)

things to note the flats not super physically accessible as there are 4 flights of stairs -with the bathroom kitchen and bedrooms between a few floors. this does make the flat quite sound proof making it normally a peaceful flat with occasional parties etc.!
