Bright Double Room in a Warm & Welcoming Family Home - Kemptown, Brighton
We have a lovely double room available in our warm, friendly and comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom family home, situated just above beautiful Queen’s Park in Kemptown, Brighton.
The household is made up of my husband and me, along with our 23 year old daughter, who is a working professional and our cat. We enjoy a relaxed, respectful and friendly home and are looking for a female housemate who would feel comfortable becoming part of the household while still having her own space and independence.
The available room is fully furnished, and you’ll have access to the shared living areas of the house and kitchen. Our home has a cosy fireplace to enjoy during the winter months and a lovely garden for relaxing outside in the summer.
The rent includes all bills, including council tax, Wi-Fi and Netflix, so there are no extra household costs to worry about.
We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and easy-going who is looking for a comfortable place to call home rather than simply somewhere to rent.
Available from Sunday 6th September.
If this sounds like the kind of home you’re looking for, please get in touch and tell us a little about yourself. We’d be very happy to arrange a chat and viewing.
