I have a double room available in a modern, three-bedroom flat in central Brighton and am looking for one lodger. It would suit a professional looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. The rent is relatively low and includes all bills. The availability date can be discussed.
The room measures approximately 3.5m × 3m (10.5m²) and is minimally furnished at present, but I'm happy to discuss adding or removing furniture and other items to suit your needs. You would have a separate bathroom/shower primarily to yourself, as the other lodger has their own en-suite. There is also shared use of the kitchen and other communal areas.
The other lodger is a professional working for the NHS who has lived in the flat for four years. I stay occasionally, using the third bedroom.
Some renovation work is currently being carried out on the exterior of the building, and scaffolding is up. There can occasionally be some noise as a result, and this has been taken into account in setting the rent.
