Bright and sunny large double bedroom living/study space with stunning sea views in a period property. Available from 4th September in the much sought after Clifton Hill Conservation area of Brighton. We are a creative, mature, LGTBQ+ friendly household.

It’s a fantastic location - 10 minute walk to Brighton railway station and 5 minute walk to the beach. Light and airy maisonette in a quiet street. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage space. We all share the kitchen, which has a RangeMaster double oven, 5-burner gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Plus the sitting room which has TV and a wood burning stove. The bathroom and separate toilet is shared with one other flatmate. We are close to Seven Dials and Western rd shops and are next to a launderette for convenient access to dryers.

Rent is £875 pcm and is all inclusive of electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed Wi-Fi, TV licence and cleaner for communal areas. No hidden extras. Suitable for a professional woman or mature female student. Not suitable for couples. The property has an EPC certificate. A deposit of five weeks rent in advance will be required. On moving in, a completed Lawpack Lodger's agreement is obligatory so as to protect all concerned.

It's a period property in a beautiful area and is a chilled out, LGBTQ+, creative space. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, tidy, non-smoking and who has experience of communal living. Two references are required.
