Hi there,
I've got a lovely bright double room available in Saltdean from around mid-August (but possible sooner).
It's in a great location, it the top of a hill with a garden, patio, wide reaching sea views and access to the South Downs National Park only a 5 min walk away.
Local shops (great pizza, fish and chips , coop etc.) are a 5 min walk down the hill, and the beach, art deco lido, gym and library are a 10-15 min walk away.
The 27 and 47 buses take you into Brighton in just 30 mins. The hospital is approx. 20 mins away by bus. You can cycle along the seafront to Brighton in 30 mins. And there’s lots of free on-street parking for you or guests.
The house is lovely (as the owner I'm not biased at all of course!). It's a lovely bright room, currently unfurnished but I can furnish it if needed.
Shared bathroom with bath/shower. The shared kitchen overlooks the sea and has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The shared living room has French doors out into the garden and also has a sea view. All shared spaces are kept very clean and tidy.
Monthly rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, wifi, council tax & TV license).
You would be sharing with a lovely couple (a Psychology student and a music producer/chef). Looking for a someone who is easy to get along with and clean/tidy.
The room is available from around mid-August (possibly sooner).
PS It says I’m a live in landlord but I’m not, I just can’t figure out how to take this off!
