I’m looking for a female tenant to move into my lovely 2-bedroom house in Hove, as my current housemate is moving out.

I’ve lived here for the past 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The house is beautiful, and the location is perfect - tucked away in a quiet mews between the sea and the shops.

Rent is £898 per month, with bills not included. Bills come to around £230 per person each month.

A little about me: I’m tidy, sociable, and work full-time. I enjoy music (especially house, techno, disco and soul), going for walks, the gym, and the occasional night out for a boogie 🕺🏽. I’m always up for a chat or to hang out, but I also respect each other’s space and downtime.
