I work part time from home teaching guitar. I enjoy healthy meals( I'm not vegetarian) pottering in the garden, practising music with and making art.
The room available is a large dorma room with 2 windows south and north. It is newly decorated and has a good fitted carpet and storage space. There is an ensuite shower and loo.
I'm looking for someone who is self sufficient, friendly and tidy, and is working full time outside of the home. Students a possibility too.
I like to create a warm homely atmosphere, be sociable and also important to have my own space.
