Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this wonderful studio flat in Hove. It’s in a great location, being so close to Hove station but also walkable to Brighton station, the seafront, Lidl, Church Road etc.

The studio itself is really nice, with the bed in a separate little space so it doesn’t take away from the rest of the place.

Plenty of storage and even a lovely terrace for nice, warm days.

The landlady Nina is very nice and attentive and happy to get things sorted whenever needed.

The place is great value compared to other studios and 1-beds I’ve seen in Hove. I wish I could stay myself, but my financial circumstances are changing soon and I’ll need to be in a houseshare.

Bills are: Council Tax Band A, Electric (Octopus) roughly £47/month since March, no gas, not sure about water as I've not had a water bill yet :)
