I found a beautiful seaside home at a lovely location, and the landlord has allowed for me to post this ad because he would prefer to rent the property to a group! So I am looking for a buddy-up.

About the house:
1. This is a big 3 BHK house. Amongst the two available rooms, one is big ensuite. The other is a smaller double bed room.
2. The bills would come about 100-110 per person per month. This is the estimated value.
The prices I have put are based on sizes of room, but I'm happy to re-discuss and decide these together. The landlord wants us to pay 2300 for the property.

Deposit of about 390 per person.

There is a big lounge available! A dinning table, TV and couch will go in there.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine!

Not a party house

I'm very friendly, outgoing, and would love to make this house sociable while also being respectful of people's space and boundaries! I love cooking, salsa, hikes, and any form of arts and crafts.

I also have videos of the house which I can share via texts.
