I'm looking for professional female sharing tenant,. Nearest bus stop and few minutes walking to the town. Looking for non smoker only and if you want attached bathroom extra charges will add up. Women preferred who can maintenance the cleaning well. We have pet. Any of the Benefit not . accepting and you can have seperate toilet . Big triple wardrobe and big double bed come furniture. Seperate kitchen room. I have 2 toilet, if anyone definitely happy to stay long and happy to pay rent every month with deposit, I'll definitely ok to make them new ensuite shower room differently. Otherwise I earn some money plan to renovate in my big garage in a ensuite with a room. Me and my daughters only, daughters will be university accommodation. Quite small family we are.
