I have a room available in my house in Old Town, Eastbourne. It's a lovely, quiet area and a decent-sized room. The local amenities are around 10 minutes' walk away, and the seafront not much further than that.
Bills are included, and there is residential, on-street parking available. The South Downs are also within walking distance.
I do have a labradoodle (Elmo- very friendly) so it's important that whoever lives here likes dogs. Also, I cannot live with smokers, drinkers or people who often go out very late at night, as I need to be up early each day for work, and it's important to me that the house is quiet after a certain time of night.
