I am looking for a PROFESSIONAL FEMALE , the furnished cosy double room ( for one person) is available from 22 May 2026 , MINIMUM 3 MONTHS RENTAL . Vegetarian preferred but can discuss.

The £780 monthly rent includes ALL bills.

I offer a very clean, cosy, quiet, fully furnished & beautifully decorated room with a super comfy double bed ( for SINGLE occupancy) , in an amazing location in the Montpelier area in Central Brighton. The bedroom also has a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers .

Ideally you will be a working professional , working out of the home ( or student) , who would like a home away from home.

The bedroom is set at the end of the property ( next door to your room) making it private from the rest of the flat, the shared bathroom ( sharing with myself ..the landlady) has a bath and great shower .

The lounge/kitchen is open plan and shared with myself , well equipped and comfortable with all mod cons , it also includes my personal work space.

The flat is in a fantastic location , it’s just a 4 minute walk to Waitrose and a small Sainsburys with bus stops serving all parts of the city . Churchill Square is an 8-10 minute walk.
The sea is only 8 minutes away and Brighton Station a fifteen minute walk away. There is also a lovely local park , a relaxing green space with a cafe and tennis courts 10 minutes walk from the flat.

I’m looking for a quiet, easy going , vegetarian preferred but we can discuss…and to be respectful of my home and just so you know this is not a party apartment but I’m a very friendly landlady !

I often work from home ...or my young grandchildren come over very occasionally, so I would prefer somebody who will respect and understand that, hence wanting a tenant who works out of the home .
