Lovely single room available in an excellent location. The flat is situated in Hove, close to all the bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Church Road. It's also a stones throw from the beach, which is lovely, especially in the summer.

The flat would suit a quiet, tidy professional or perhaps an international or mature student.

It's close to all the major bus routes as most of them go along Church Road. It's also within easy walking distance of both Hove and Brighton town centre's.

Personally, I'm quite quiet, tidy and house proud. I don't mind mixing socially over a cup of tea or coffee but I also appreciate my privacy and personal space at times.

All the main utility bills such as water, council tax, gas and electrics are included in the rent. Superfast broadband is also included.

There is also use of all mod cons. There is a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is on street parking, although you would need to apply for a permit.

I would prefer someone who goes out to work/study during the day, rather than someone who works from home.
