I have a large ensuite double room to let from 21st May until end of August. The room is newly furnished to a high standard and has a fitted wardrobe, 2 side cabinets, a desk, the ensuite has a walk-in shower. The room is very quiet as it is not on the road.

You will also have use of the communal kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. and high speed internet for anyone who needs to WFH.

The flat is located 2 minutes walk from n.7 bus stop and also within easy reach of Brighton and Hove stations and the seafront.

I am looking for someone quiet, it is not a party house, who is prepared to keep the room clean and tidy. If you want to keep to yourself that is fine. The flat will be shared with my daughter who is 23 and works full time.
