Nest heating always set to a minimum and accessible for a blast. Two shared bathrooms upgraded and designed last year. Upstairs is the views of The Downs, Harvey’s and the Castle from the open shared kitchen dining room. Access to garden, Hot tub and summer house with sporting equipment. Communal kitchen fridge/freezer, separate cupboard, Nest thermostat/cameras, automatic Hue lights and strong WiFi.

Bedroom 2: Large bedroom with period features, Kingsize bed with new never slept on before mattress, very comfy recliner chair, coffee table, dressing area and 32inch TV.

I often work a 60hr 5 day week, it’s a very well organised tidy space and the expectation is you must tidy up after your immediate self. However the house is CLEANED ONCE WEEKLY throughout and your BED LINEN (provided) is changed/mattress turned every other week.

It’s a very nice period property, in a great part of town, that’s laid back, relaxed and chilled. You can smoke in your rooms (just not under the fire censor please 😂) and it’s an incredible house for Bonfire night.
