I am going away for about 3 months (maybe longer) and looking to sublet my spacious, light and clean double room located near Preston Park for this period. The price is £540 p/m including all bills.
The only one other tenant is a quiet professional lady. We have a spacious shared kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a garden with a pull up bar. I am looking for someone reliable, flexible and quiet who can move in ASAP. Viewing are possible at any time.
