This room is being advertised on behalf of a friendly, lady in her 80s. She is seeking someone to share her home at a a low cost, in exchange for some light help around the home.

In return for low cost accommodation of £170 pcm (plus around £30pcm for council tax), she would like approximately 10 hours of support each week. This will be help with cooking an evening meal a few nights a week and companionship. The Homesharer will also be required to sleep at home overnight for at least five nights per week. No duties are required at night, however, it would provide reassurance to the Householder.

You have will have your own room which is furnished with a bed, and wardrobe.

The ideal sharer would be female and 21+.
We are seeking someone friendly, kind, caring and tidy.

The property is right on the coast and has great views. There are local shops a few minutes walk away and great transport links.

As part of our Homesharing scheme, you will need to have/or apply for a recent DBS check and provide two references. You will also need to complete an application form which can be found on our website. The only fees payable are our monthly fees of £170pcm (so you will only pay £170 per month for your room plus bills estimated to be around £30pcm but a final figure will be confirmed soon ). A DBS fee of £35 is required and will be requested once you are successful.
