The house is set a peaceful small village within the south downs national park, with surrounding countryside and easy access to central worthing.

The room is a large double room, south facing overlooking the garden, recently refurbished and furnished with kingsize bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV and chest of drawers. All bills included.

It is a quiet semi-rural location in a cul de sac with a short walk along a quiet village street to Findon Green leading into open countryside and various walking routes across the Southdowns. This is a great place for dogs.

The room is part of a three bed house with a friendly dog. Happy to consider another friendly dog.

I am looking for a friendly person to share the space. The preference is for a female lodger as my teen daughter stays 3 nights a week and prefers this. My previous lodger is happy to provide a reference.
