I work from home, an office in Brighton and an office in London as a coach and wellness company.

The flat is amazing, newly renovated and very spacious (around 1700 sq ft). There are two living spaces, 3 bedrooms, brand new kitchen, soon to be roof terrace and 2 bathrooms (so no need to share).

The available room is amazing with new wooden flooring, a new bed, built in storage (also new) and a large chest of drawers (not new).

I just finished a refurb on the whole flat which looks great and has been done to a high specification. You will love living here if you are clean and tidy and have a positive vibe.

Because it’s so new and because I am also very careful with my things, it’s important to find someone to get along with and who is quiet and respectful of the fact it’s new.

I have a cleaner but supplement this with ongoing cleaning during the week.
