The property is 5/10 mins walk from West Worthing station and close to A24/A27. You would be sharing with myself (mum) and my son. I have a small friendly dog so would suit a dog lover.

I am looking for a reliable, tidy, easy going, professional who doesn’t mind family comings and goings. no couples or partners to stay over please. Room will be ready 1st Oct
