We're 3rd year students at Sussex fond of arts and music. We've had a good time living with each other and have made the house really cozy! We're clean and reasonably quiet.
NON-STUDENTS: Students are exempt from paying council tax, which is great for us, but it does mean that YOU WOULD BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AROUND £1200 COUNCIL TAX. We know this is a bit of a bummer, feel free to still get in touch and ask questions!
