Hi. I'm looking for lodger, preferably employed or a student. one month up front, payment in advance monthly. We will have a month's trial to see if we all get on. The room is simple clean and bright. We are situated near to Brighton university in a green and spacious area. Local shops within walking distance, on a regular bus route. There is ample parking.

The household consists of myself, and my two sons one is 20, the other is 14. We have a medium sized short haired dog who is well-behaved.

You will have access to the kitchen, with your own fridge. One short shower a day, three (maximum) laundry washes per week, and access to the wifi. You will need your own laptop, tv or tablet.
There is a table available in the lounge for eating meals but generally the living room is my personal space.
