A large studio room available to rent in a quiet cul-de-sac road in Newhaven. Public transport close (bus 4 minute walk, train with links to Lewes, Eastbourne, Brighton and London a 10/15 minute walk away.)

The room is the top floor of a 3 story house with shared kitchen and bathroom and use of a large garden.

I work all sorts of shifts so ideally someone that understands I'll be in and out the house at different hours of the day.

I'm looking for someone professional, clean and prefers a quieter life. Offroad parking available outside the front of the house also.

I'm a laid back guy that enjoys cooking, exercise and most forms of sport. Especially motorsport, football and marital arts.. looking forward to hearing from you!
