A friendly older person with memory issues is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would like some practical help with tasks such as picking up shopping, cooking and eating some meals together, prompt on medication, help with finding things, ensuring the house is secure. They would value the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a double room with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk. The bathroom is shared but there is a sink in the Sharers room. Other shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room and sitting area.

The property is in an excellent location 15 mins from Brighton Station and very close to buses and local amenities.

The person enjoys listening to classical music, watching football and tennis, interested in history and enjoys walking.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
