Located in Lancing on South street 2 working professionals who are looking to rent out our spare room. We also have a friendly dog who loves people!
This is a bedroom for a single occupant with a shared bathroom/kitchen and living space.
The 700 bus stop and lancing train station are about a 5 minute walk away from the flat and there is parking provided out the front of the property or the road opposite.
I also have a garage which can be used to store a bike or small furniture/boxes.
The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and you can get to the downs easy enough.
We dont have parties or go out drinking and mostly keep to ourselves so there's no need to worry about late night antics!
