Hi all,

I own and live in my 2 bed flat in Hove, but am away for the summer (returning 31st August) and am interested in renting it out until I'm back.

It's a ground floor, fully furnished flat with shower room and separate toilet, 1 double bedroom, a second double sized bedroom currently set up as an office, large sitting/dining room with patio onto a communal area, and small but functional kitchen.

The flat is 10mins walk to the seafront and to Portslade station with direct trains to Brighton (10mins), Gatwick airport (35mins) and London Victoria (1hr10mins). There's a bus stop 2mins away as well.
It's also walking distance to plenty of convenience stores and to big Tescos and Sainsburys supermarkets, and easy access to plenty of pubs, restaurants, gyms etc in the local area :)

I'd rent the property with all bills included (water, gas, electricity, fibre broadband)
