I . All have their own bathrooms . It's a big house and very quiet and clean . Cleaner attends house when I'm away. Lounge [green decor] is not shared with landlord (we have another lounge)

LOCATION Telscombe cliffs in Broomfield avenue
. 5 minute walk to beach and bus stop .
Buses run every 10 minutes, 20 minute journey to Brighton along a dedicated bus lane and to Brighton rail Station. or 15 minutes to Newhaven rail station in the other direction.
Night buses at night on selected days.
5 min walk to the South Downs National Park
BUS DIRECT TO ROYAL SUSSEX HOSPITAL !
Car required for short drive over the downs to the falmer uni or get bus direct to brighton for Brighton campus . Bus to falmer requires a change in Brighton [can take 1 hour each way by bus!
car journey is quick to falmer as can drive over the downs !

HOUSE

Social spacious kitchen to share a glass of wine if needed after hard days work.! Huge table for meal prep. Lots of fridge and cupboard space on offer.

Shared help required for bins and dishwasher and just clearing up after yourself of course.

WIFI now 1 GIG package from VIRGIN MEDIA upgraded. if wifi should go down because sometimes it does you will need a back up plan if you WFH. I'm not set up as a co working space 🙂 Although i have 2 WFH lodgers
Cleaning and all the cleaning products , kitchen towels and toilet rolls bin liners etc.
Manager/diy person will enter property when I'm away.

PARKING no charges .No permits required . Driveway parking available on first come first served.
