Saltdean is a place I only discovered a few years ago and it is a gem of a place to live. Overlooking the South Downs and the White Cliffs of Sussex it has everything. A big park with outdoor gym, skate park, four renovated (this summer 2024) tennis courts, basketball court, renovated (£5 million upgrade) 1930's artdeco Saltdean Lido and so much more. Buses into the city take about 10 - 20 minutes from the coastal road stops, rental bikes, gym in Saltdean Lido, Saltdean Lido cafe is one of the best breakfast places in all of Brighton overlooking the pool, hiking trails, Saltdean Football Club and much more.

Don't be fooled on the map as I used to be, Saltdean is a safe and quiet neighbourhood, the house is on a cul de sac with no through traffic and we have a great Neighbourhood Watch.
