Spacious double room available in my newly renovated 2 bed, 1 bath flat.

Great location; A few seconds walk from the seafront. Hove station is walkable, as are amenities. 25 minute walk into central Brighton.

A bit about me: Relatively new to Hove. I enjoy keeping active and socialising. Would be great to have someone interested in similar things.

I work as a pilot which entails shift work. I tend to have days off in the week, but also travel quite a lot so you'll have the flat to yourself a fair bit.

Unfortunately this ad isn't suitable for people who work from home the majority of the week.

Parking is on street and permitted, but no wait list (Zone R)

Bills are £150 on top of the room price. Flat has washing & drying machine and plenty of storage.
