Hello,
I have a large part furnished double room to rent. Open to short term rentals also. The room comes with the ratten bed in the photo, under bed storage draws and a 50inch TV. I also have a desk if needed and a tall white cabinet. (The black rattan furniture is no longer in the room)
The house is newly renovated and has a massive garden and is shared only with myself, 42 female and my two little dogs. I would love to live with somone who loves dogs as they are friendly little things and will try get you to play with them.
The house is a chilled, calm, oasis so no party people please, just somone who is respectful and tidy.
The house is 2 mins from Preston Park Station so you can get into central Brighton in under 10mins! Or walk to the north laines in 35mins. Also there are direct trains to London. Preston Park is at the bottom of the street too!
Rent is £680 plus bills. Bills are around £180-205 a months.
