Hello, I’m Katie and looking for a new flatmate to move in once the contract ends and my friend moves out. I’m 27
It’s in the seven dials area and is a beautiful top floor flat with amazing views from both bedroom windows, and a double room. Bed frame is included. I love this place more than any other I’ve lived so would love to live with someone who is also looking for a peaceful homely place to live!
Please note the pictures are from my previous flatmate so it’s not as decorated right now but maybe we could decorate it together, or if you have stuff to bring then that’d be welcome. It’s light and spacious. We have a shared kitchen and really big living room

And I am currently a masters student but will graduate by the time the current contract ends so will be a qualified healthcare professional from july.
I’m pretty introverted so love alone time, but I also love to chill and watch a movie, or do some painting, or go for drinks sometimes. So would love someone who is similar
