Your room is an ensuite, very cute and fully furnished. The room is front facing to North Street so you have a nice view of Pavilion Park, but there is street noise to get used to.

About the property - a 6 bed flat, all doubles, 4 en-suites with showers and one shared bathroom. A large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Communal washer/dryer room downstairs (paid - £2 wash £1.50 dry). Dishwasher. The rent is £617pcm. Bills not included but usually come to £30-60 depending on the month (incl wifi). We're in council tax band H so this equates to around £65pppm. We prefer no students as we need to split the council tax between 6 to keep it affordable. If you are a student and you love the place and are willing to contribute this is totally fine though!

Unfortunately the flat is not great for accessibility - two and a half flights of stairs, one of which is marble and a bit steep. The flat is on North Street so plenty of shops such as Co-op and Sainsbury’s nearby and there are multiple bus stops on the street as well. The landlord does require references and a guarantor and unfortunately they do not accept Housing Hand or any other guarantor services.
